I've just started rewatching the first GIG, I think it's a really good anime.

The original movie has always been one of my favorites. Just need to get a copy of both Gigs on digits. Paying $30 or more for a single disc isn't worth it to me.

Boxsets are pretty pricey around these parts. I'm all for supporting the creators/artists/musicians and their work. Free is best though. It doesn't help that somewhere between here and Iraq I misplaced my binder with all the anime I had compiled out of my pocket for the last 5 years. Sad

Never saw the movies, or beyond the first few episodes of 2nd Gig, but I remember liking the 1st season when it aired on Adult Swim many years ago.

The thing with GitS: SAC is it has an awesome soundtrack in my view. I Can't Be Cool, Monochrome, Stamina Rose, Get9 and Run Rabbit Junk to name some of my favourites tracks.

yeah i think so too ^_^

here's one song from the show that i heard that i was dying to know and i was happy i found it

Cyberbird Ghost in The Shell Stand Alone Complex OST Vol. 2

one comment had a lyrics translation

"We fear predictions made long ago

We exist far above the sky, and all material things

A bird that flies to the borderline

I look out over thousands of Earths

Free from gravity, it's enticing me

As I continue on to my destination"

awesome Very Happy
