Re: Love Hina~~
it wasnt so much that it wasnt complete that it was almost completely totally different than tha manga . . . except for it had most of tha manga chars in it but . . . it really wasnt like tha manga at all =/ . . . it definitely didnt hav tha same feel
Re: Love Hina~~
I know what you mean. Manga gives you the REAL story. With anime they like to be creative.
Re: Love Hina~~
lol i dunno if id call it "creative" wut they do to manga into anime but i will say they take a lot of creative differences and it can really mess up tha original idea which sucks bc thas what made love hina so popular and it won a few awards too =/
Re: Love Hina~~
Oh yeah that's what i meant. haha
i just get mad when they make OC that are only in the anime and not in the manga. For example Tactics. After watching it, i found out one of the main characters wasnt even in the manga. I'm like what? That changes the main story a lot.

I also like the anime, but I guess that's because I started with it. this gives me an opportunity! if the manga really is better, and I already liked the anime, then things are only looking up from here ^_^

Re: Love Hina~~
well its expected for otaku that manga would be better than anime . . . even ppl that make anime KNO that . . . for example, in tha anime Oreimo they make it clear that they kno they change anime based on manga and that they hav reasons for doing so . . . budget is tha hugest reason . . . but it still hurts fans and it hurts tha creator most of all i think bc they pour their hearts in souls into their manga
Re: Love Hina~~
I hadn't really noticed much change between the manga I read and the anime they're based on. except that fruits basket anime is too short, and the manga goes much further. usually my manga and anime sync up very well.

manga isn't always made into anime and anime doesn't always come from a manga. there r times when anime cannot follow the manga as closely because of how the manga was written. For instance, FullMetal Alchemist has 2 anime now. the most recent one follows closer to the manga. both anime is wonderful. if u like the manga in particular i suggest the anime to watch is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

there r times when a manga is better than the anime because they try and make it jus like the manga but it doesn't work as well.

Re: Love Hina~~
well put. I have been wanting to watch Kujibiki Unbalance after reading the manga. I read, however, that there are several differences between the two. I was a little disappointed, but on the other hand I'm very excited to see a new story with the same characters and setting I found so entertaining!hachinana707 wrote:manga isn't always made into anime and anime doesn't always come from a manga. there r times when anime cannot follow the manga as closely because of how the manga was written.
