it's a film based off the anime series and has no continuity with the original film or the sequel Innocence

Solid State Society is part of GitS: SAC, it's start a while after the end of the second GIG. I've seen it, I really liked it myself.

wait wut!!!!! you didnt kno that???? Spielberg produced Transformers, Revenge of tha fallen, and upcoming Dark of The Moon while Michel Bay directed (is directing) them

I luvloved this anime when i was younger watching it on tv. It's possibly one of the only anime iv ever watched more than once, along with trigun.

i never got to watch trigun as much mostly cause adult swim at the time kept moving its time slot around : P
