yea..my buddy used 2 like light..i told him i would've like him more but that death note made him nuts...i remember watching it a 2nd time..then after my buddy told me he hates light...i remember how much fans hated Near cause they were so in2 L....i didn't mind Near...

i loved Light . . . he went nuts bc he was not jus intellegent, he was eccentric . . . at first taking tha lives of bad guys, then taking tha lives of those in his way . . .

Well that's why I didn't like him. He could have stopped himself, but he wanted to do what ever it took not to get found out, in the end killing and hurting anyone it took to get what he wanted. From what he said at the end of the first ep, I know something just wasn't right with him.

I liked the show, but Light went overboard. when it was just killing criminals it was all good, but the people around him? not cool. I think I laughed a little when he got shot.

it's a good thing you can't go to heaven or hell if you use the note, coz you know he would have gone straight to hell. the jury is already out on that decision.

Well I think Light got it to easy in the Anime ending, Manga ending was much better in my view

more brutal I hope. I would have totally unloaded every bullet I had on Light. he would have been so full of lead, Superman wouldn't be able to find the corpse even with his X-ray vision.

As far as when if comes to Light's death yes, he still gets shoot, but in the Manga he doesn't run off. If you read Manga I would go for it, I perfer the Manga myself.
