Scrubs Topic Empty Scrubs Topic

One of the best TV shows ever. I loved it, and its finale at season 8 was the best sendoff the series could get. It should have been the series finale, but then ABC had to shoehorn the spinoff as the 9th season. No one counts that as part of the good Scrubs.

I agree with you there. Aside from the Black/Asian romance that--of course--did not last, the show just doesn't appeal to me at all.

Scrubs is hilarious. If I hadn't been watching on Comedy Central, I probably would have just said "ugh, another med show" and turned it off.

Yeah, the show is over. I personally considered it done at the end of the 8th season (which was written as the series finale, and it showed), but ABC then had to go and renew it for a 9th season; rather, they shoehorned the Scrubs spinoff that was in development into the 9th season. It tanked, and the show was cancelled.
