Air Gear

My personal favorite anime:
Air gear tells the story of itsuki minami(ikki) a young man who one day enters into the world of a.t's (air trecks) automatic rollerblades that have become very popular amonst high schoolers. ikki later learns that everyone with a.t's compete in battles known as parts wars between stormrider teams which are teams of people who use air trecks. so ikki and his friends decide to make their own group and compete to make their group known and to work their way up the ladder of the stormrider world.

i tried and tried and tried and i could not get into this anime . . . not seriously anyhow . . . i watched tha pink haired chick all day lolz but tha rest of it didnt register

It's in my top five list. It starts off slow, but after about episode five or six, things really pick up.

yeah I know. it sucked that the anime was only 26 eps. but the manga is still going luckily
