Playstation Network Down

First topic message reminder :

as some of u probably already kno, right now tha PS3 has no access to Playstation Network . . . we actually hav no way of knowing when PSN will be back online. There are a number of rumors floating around. One thing is for certain. This was not "maintenance" but more likely an attack or "hack" on tha network its self. Who has done it is not clear and probably wont be until Sony comes out and announces their findings. so for now, all we PS3 users can do is hope tha problem is solved ASAP

on a side note . . . this is exactly why i wish they wouldnt put all of tha emphasis on online gaming . . . should be 50/50 . . . and im sooooooooo glad i hav meh physical copies of non-online games xD

Why? With the Xbox 360 S they fixed the RROD and sales wise Xbox still out sells the PS3. =P

i kno ppl that hav had to had their 360 slim replaced already . . . RROD is not gone . . . well okay . . . they removed tha red LED lights . . . so THOSE are gone . . .

and yes it sells more but mostly bc of xbl, which is understandable

however im not into investing money into hardware that fails . . . sony has been long standing someone who i can trust when it comes to producing hardware that lasts a while without replacement.

but im not going to be at war with you about who is better bc everyone feels differently about both consoles. its a matter of preference. i jus wont buy from anyone who uses gamers' love for games against them to suck money from their pockets . . . that goes for vid game producers as well

Exactly...I am still buying their stuff. I need to try psn some day though. Is the store working now?

yes, the store is back up. I checked it for Brink because I heard it had some DLC. It was just a bunch of interviews and preview trailers, an I thought "THAT DOESN'T COUNT!"
