How to make an anime website?

Ok....how the heck do these people make them? Like through what company? I have been searching this for a few days and my brain is about to explode!! haha ok...look at these sites.
All these site look very similar and have the same ads on the sites....O_O

I know. It's just i want to know what they used for their formats. Like the plugs and stuff. Of course im not going copy. But i need to know how they formatted their pics and videos. You know what i mean?
