Pokemon Black/White is awesome. Random Wi-Fi battles are a godsend, even if it's the bare minimum.

Well, on the Entralink, you NEED to link with someone with the opposite version to change your Black City/White Forest. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with the same people, Pokemon, and items.

Not to mention the version exclusives (though the GTS solves that problem somewhat).

hey hey hey MOFO's i loved digimon!!!! i never loved pokemon and i dont now . . . its jus one more THING kids were and are into . . . but i loved digimon . . . it was awesome during tha 1st and second season . . . then it fizzled for me but i dont care i loved it i loved it i loved it lolz

and I played it for like an hour...
then ....
my DS died....
luck will have it ....
I couldn't find my charger for my DS....

i would have it, but i need a DS (also finding my GBA wouldn't be bad either). i don't have a DS b/c i am broke.

That sucks. Are you going to buy a new one? (Then again, you could end up finding your old charger afterwards.)

I'm broke as well, and I would like to get a Lite, since the battery on my current DS (a red "Phat" model I got on Christmas 2005) only has a battery life of like 2 hours now.

You're not the only one. I doubt I could have wait for that version, though. My willingness to play the game would have gotten the best of me eventually. Plus, I didn't even get Platinum last gen.

one or two legendaries are okay, but that team is very flawed. Zekrom, Rayquaza, Dialga are all part dragon, weak against their own element or ice. 4x damage for Rayquaza coz it's also flying, 2x ice damge to Lugia for it's flying type. Mewtwo, Mew and Lugia are Psychic, weak to Dark. Bug types as well, besides Lugia (2x for Psychic, 0.5x for Flying = Normal damage). Just bringing in an Ice type and a Dark type could totally wipe out that entire team. You don't even need 2 pokemon. A well trained Sneasel could handle it.

I'd rethink that strategy if I were you. Legendary pokemon are good, but not invincible.

anyone remember "Mystery Gift(ing)" from Gold and Silver...i know it is a way back, but i have some good memories of doing that on the bus on the way to school in like 7th grade (maybe 8th)

They have that in Black and White.

Though it doesn't work the same way in B/W as it did in GSC.

Man, I remember Pokemon Stadium 2 had a feature where you could do Mystery Gift with a girl in the game once a day. Pretty convenient for people who didn't have anyone to MG with.

I miss being able to win pokemon by beating the elite four in stadium. sure you can get anyone you need with Wi-Fi these days. but you don't get the sense that you earned it anymore.

I fought for those pokemon, and I was always happy to get a new one.

awesome game. I beat it a while ago and have seen all 153 new pokemon. now working on national pokemon. awesome game though,awesome story. I like the random matchup feature as well,I can test my skill against others from around the world.
